- Mike make sure commas and Unused are correct in User Guide
  - TBD

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


IBIS Parser development:

- Bob: We are waiting for SAE review of the contract now.
  - This may delay the parser.
  - The contract boilerplate was cut and pasted from the previous one,
    so it really should not take long.
